We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in Banking/Finance industry in Columbus, Ohio, United States.- Handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on customers' accounts.
- Respond to calls with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Post high school education is required (College degree preferred)
- 1 year of call center experience
- Financial experience preferred
- Good job tenure (stayed at the same employer for at least 2 years)
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment, subject to a valid medical or religious accommodation
