Description

We're looking for Product Owner , working in Manufacturing industry in 6885 Elm Street , McLean, Virginia, 22101, United States.

  • Lead scrum teams as the Product Owner.
  • Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
  • Lead the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
  • Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years as an Agile Product Owner - specifically in the eCommerce space
  • Experience in the Direct to Consumer (D2C) Technology Space
  • Experience specifically with Commerce Tools is a huge plus
  • Experience working and supporting "PLATFORM" teams - tech teams building out complex platforms for other internal teams to leverage
  • Ability to support the Product Manager handling all day-to-day Product responsibilities
  • Good background in product backlog and grooming
