Product Owner , working in

- Lead scrum teams as the Product Owner.
- Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Lead the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years as an Agile Product Owner - specifically in the eCommerce space
- Experience in the Direct to Consumer (D2C) Technology Space
- Experience specifically with Commerce Tools is a huge plus
- Experience working and supporting "PLATFORM" teams - tech teams building out complex platforms for other internal teams to leverage
- Ability to support the Product Manager handling all day-to-day Product responsibilities
- Good background in product backlog and grooming
