The Opportunity


We're looking for Customer Service Representative, working in Healthcare Systems and Services industry in Tampa, Florida, United States.

  • Handling high volume inbound calls (40+/day), some outbound, enrolling clients in benefits.
  • Authenticating callers, troubleshooting issues, answering questions i.e. the difference between high and low plans; maximum contribution to HSA, etc.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • 2 years of college courses or Associate‚Äôs Degree with previous call center experience
  • 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Ability to take back to back calls (40+/day)
  • Ability to use multiple systems
  • Flexible and quick learner
  • Ability to communicate effectively
